But it is in the smaller details - extra architectural detailing like columns, custom kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, upgrades in kitchen appliances and carpeting, tile floors in master and hall baths, leaded glass windows in the master bath, lots of hardwood floors and larger than standard decks - where T.G. Builders truly excels.


Tom usually employs the popular Frank Betz and Associates plans, redesigning them for homeowners with the help of the award-winning residential design firm of Garrell Associates, Inc.
