T.G. Builders - Home Page - The Atlanta area home builder for quality construction and the experience you can count on.

Building Process

The process of buying a T.G. Builders home begins with a meeting between Tom and the prospective client. The finished project is a result of give-take discussions regarding design, elevation layout and special features. Realizing that communication is what guarantees that the project of each design will meet with his clients' expectations, Tom personally meets several times with them. There are no surprises for T.G. Builders' homeowner. Tom provides a 12-page contract that spells out exactly what will be provided, sets out the budget and lists all the generous allowances. We try to eliminate as many misunderstandings as possible. T.G. Builders offers its homeowners the standard one-year Builder Warranty, supplemented with the Home Builders Handbook put out by the Home Builders Association.

Tom never considers the building process complete until our customers are satisfied. As a homeowner, you can be assured any warranty issue will be resolved in a professional and timely manner. T.G. Builders, Inc. has contracted with Home Warranty Services, to offer our customers the best service possible for warranty issues. You will never have to worry about unreturned phone calls and, of course, Tom is always available to answer any questions you may have.

"What gave us assurance in our choice of Tom Godfrey as our builder was his reputation. He took care of every detail and was concerned about each stage, right down to the final cleaning before closing. He has been a tremendous person to work with."
