 T.G. Builders, Inc. has been building homes in Forsyth County for the last decade. Our homes ranging in price from the mid $300s to the high $500's +, can be found in exclusive neighborhoods such as Woodland Park, Providence Plantation, Three Chimneys Farm, Margate, The Woodlands at Riverstone, Little Bear, and River Rock. Established in 1990 by Tom Godfrey, the company has received the prestigious Gold and Silver Professionalism Awards and was selected "Forsyth County Builder of the Year" in 1997. Tom has also served the industry in his capacity as President of the Forsyth County Chapter of the Home Builders Association and supported the HBA in numerous other capacities. He continues to serve on the Georgia and Greater Atlanta Home Builders Board of Directors.
T.G. Builders, Inc. continues to maintain their annual accreditation as a Certified Professional Home Builder. The Certified Professional Home Builder program is administered by the Housing Institute, Inc. and is a voluntary certification program for home builders to recognize professionals in the home building industry. Builders, Inc. has maintained a proven track record of customer service, professionalism, experience and continued education for changing building codes in the industry.
